Psychedelic 60's

This is my first time going down to the College studio and I have to admit that it is way harder than it seems! However, in the end me and Prexa, who was assisting, manage to get a nice atmosphere for this 60's inspired shoot. For some photos I used pencil shaped prisms to create a little bit of psychedelia, which is something I would like to improve in order to get more controlled effects.

In the end I have decided to make a new entry with some more of the images from last Friday's filming day with Berta Bernad. I have to say that I am pretty satisfied with the results, as I am aware that the resulting images belong to a field in photography that I have to explore more.

Yesterday I had one of the most particular photographic experiences ever. I went and photographed the Fish and Chips Awards for The Upcoming online magazine.

New Project

My new project is about creating a book on my photography and relate it somehow to Modernism. My intention, then,  is to create a trip journal from a traveling experience to the Isle of Wight that is going to take place shortly. In the mean time, a little bit of experimentation won't harm me, so that's why I started playing around with double exposures, exploring the relationship between people and landscape in a way that can be linked to my music photography. I am particularly interested in a couple of results because of their strong mystical nature: the first photograph and the fourth.

New Year, back to work.

The Chirstmas is over and it's time to start to work again. Here's a selection of photographs from the last gigs I went to in Barcelona before coming back to London with Nerobambola, Everest and The Moated Animal.
